I was scheduled to present a keynote address “A Future Internet and Network Virtualization,” at the 20th ITC (International Teletraffic Congress) Specialist Seminar at Hoi An, on May 18, 2009. However, the swine flu incidence forced me to cancel my Asian trip (Singapore, Vietnam and Japan), because my hosts in Singapore and Japan were concerned about my visit. I had to cancel lectures planned at , Singapore Management University, National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, as well as my keynote at Hoi An, which was delivered by Prof. Tran Gia on my behalf.
